How to Pay Your Water Bill

Use any of the approved payment channels below. Always confirm your account number before submitting payment.

1. M-PESA Paybill
Pay through M-PESA Paybill 893400 and use your water account number as the account reference.
2. Bank Deposits
Bank payments are made through agents. Supported banks are KCB Bank, EQUITY Bank, and FAMILY Bank.
3. Cashless Policy
We are a cashless company. We don't accept cash payment.
