Collect the official water connection form at Gatundu Water offices or download
it from the website. Complete all required sections accurately.
2. Attach Required Documents
Submit copies of the required documents:
- Proof of land ownership (Title Deed, Lease, or Allotment Letter)
- National Identification Card or Passport
- Written consent from the landowner (where applicable)
3. Pay the Prescribed Connection Fees
Pay the applicable connection fees as advised by Gatundu Water and keep your
official receipt for reference.
4. Site Inspection
After payment confirmation, the technical team conducts a site visit to assess
feasibility, distance from mains, and technical requirements.
5. Approval and Installation
Once approved, installation is scheduled and you are informed of the date and
any additional requirements.
